Full job description

We are a Children's Residential Care home and are looking for a Part Time Psychotherapist to support up to 4 young people in our care and to support staff knowledge & development.

Ideally you will have previous experience in residential childcare with a proven history in Psychological / Therapeutic care in relation to children.

We would be looking at 2 days a week working with our young people at the home, but also spending some time with our staff, training and educating them in best practices.

You will be responsible to the Registered Manager and RI who have therapeutic experience and will aid in developing the strategy alongside social workers for the young people.

You should be aware that we work around an Ofsted regulated provision and follow safer recruitment practices whereby you will be required to go through extensive DBS checks and references.

This role can go from Part Time to Full Time as our provision grows.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £130.00-£180.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
