Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, along with exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We also offer a great training program which with the idea that you will be taking on your own pub in the near future.

Duties

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pubs, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet operational needs.
  • Train new staff members on customer service expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
