Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pub Chef to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary expertise, leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The Pub Chef will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while maintaining efficient kitchen workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
