Pub Manager Live in jobs in Totton

We have an opportunity for a team of two to take on a Pub in Basingstoke

Must be experienced in running a pub on a day to day basis and provide a food offer. The successful candidates must be able to offer both of these services. The site also has an option to run your own food business for a dine in and takeaway offer.

Ideally you will have:

· Previous experience of running a pub

. Must Be able to provide a food offer

· Proven ability to drive sales, manage a team and keep both staff and customers happy

· Passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink

An essential requirement for the role is

· Must hold a Personal Licence and have experience of food, health & safety compliance in line with the law.
