Restaurant Team Leader – Lead with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
