Manager for Cornish seaside pub

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate manager to help run our thriving freehold pub/ restaurant.

The Devonport Inn has a seafront location in the village of Kingsand. We have been established for 16 years and have an excellent reputation for fresh, seasonal food, seafood, wines, cocktails and ales.

We are looking for a manager who has extensive experience in the pub/ restaurant trade in similar establishments. We require someone who can be the face of the business in a hands on role. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills, be focused on customer relations and satisfaction and be passionate about delivering an excellent service. They will also be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards, have a positive can-do attitude, have attention to detail and be inspiring to the team.

The role also includes running the day to day business including:

Ordering

Rotas

Answering emails

Managing of social media

Hiring of staff

Staff training

Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

The package we are offering includes:

Salary of £36,000 p/a

Accommodation available

Parking permit if required

Meals whilst working
