Duties

  • Lead and supervise all pub operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and bar service to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Manage team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
  • Coordinate food production processes, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and quality control for culinary offerings
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business
  • Implement promotional activities and special events to attract new customers and boost sales

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as pubs, restaurants, or hotels with team management responsibilities
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production and kitchen operations
  • Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments with excellent hospitality skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff and manage diverse teams effectively
  • Familiarity with barista experience or beverage service is a plus
  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
