We’re recruiting a General Manager to lead a beautiful countryside inn offering great food, standout drinks, and characterful rooms. This is an opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys being at the heart of the business, setting standards, leading from the front, and creating a place people genuinely want to return to.

This role suits someone who combines commercial awareness with a genuine love of people, hospitality, and pub culture.

The Role
  • Taking ownership of operations across the pub, dining areas, and bedrooms
  • Leading, motivating, and developing both front and back of house teams
  • Working in partnership with the Head Chef and management team to deliver high standards
  • Managing stock, margins, rotas, and budgets to drive performance
  • Creating a welcoming, local pub atmosphere with a strong community feel
