Full job description

This is a hand on role and you will be on the floor front of House operating the weddings, bars, in house events and golf society events, liaising with brides/grooms/clients/suppliers/golf club members throughout the event. This involves working 5 days out of 7, that will include days and late nights on a shared rota.

Potentially doing show rounds for potential guests and ensuring that all site visits are fulfilled professionally, efficiently and effectively and mirror the requirements of the visiting client

Opening and closing the venue on a rota.

Bar stock ordering and cellar management

Cash handling and cash reconciliation to company procedures

To ensure the food and beverage team members have compliance with statutory and company regulations relating to Health and Safety, Food safety, licensing regulations, fire procedures and security of premises and property.

Participation at team meetings and bringing new ideas, team motivation and coaching

To comply with all policies and procedures as written in the staff handbook

Care and appearance of the offices and meeting rooms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
