Job Summary
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced and passionate Pub Managers to join our expanding hospitality business in Herefordshire.

We are looking for a hands on leader who can inspire a team, maintain high operational standards and create memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of a busy country inn and restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, compliance with food safety and licensing requirements, and the efficient running of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the pub and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining food safety regulations.
  • Assist with serving guests, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas in accordance with food safety legislation.
  • Uphold health and safety policies within the premises, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.
  • Handle administrative duties related to bookings, reservations, and daily reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
  • Extensive restaurant experience
  • Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently during busy daytime hours .
