Bar Manager - The Ring O’Bells, West Kirby, CH48 7HE

OTE: £40,500 plus excellent company benefits

The Ring O’Bells is a pub full of character and charm, situated in the heart of the old village of West Kirby, a stone’s throw from its marine lake and bustling village centre. The pub has quickly established itself as a popular place to visit on the Wirral following its extensive refurb. It has a strong reputation for offering a wide selection of top notch beers, quality wines and serving fresh interesting food cooked by our team of talented chefs. The recent addition of our new outdoor venture, The Pavillion, means we’re busy than ever, so we’re now on the lookout for a bar manager to join and further strengthen our management team.

This role is predominantly bar based, but you will also work with the floor team, supporting them where needed; seating guests, taking food orders and running dishes to tables, to make sure a high level of service is maintained across the pub.

What we’re looking for:

A positive assistant manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a natural ability to look after people. We’re a family company looking for passionate people who are happy to go above and beyond, muck in with the rest of the team and genuinely care that every guest has a great time each time they visit us.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – an assistant manager who shares our love of food, drink and most importantly people. Some experience of cellar management would be preferable.

Salary £32,680-£34,750 per annum plus generous tips – on average an additional £2.75 per hour)
