Role: Front of House Team Member

What We’re Looking For

We are on the search for confident, dedicated and hardworking people, loaded with personality, who understand how to deliver the highest levels of customer service to our drinkers and diners.

Fine and Country Inns are a well respected company serving fresh produce in comfortable environments and have a reputation for the highest standards.

What Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Ensuring that the venue is set up ready for service
  • Assisting customers with any needs they may have
  • Taking food/drink orders when required
  • Running food and drinks
  • Stocking up fridges
  • Basic levels of cleaning
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Using the EPOS systems to store orders and take payments
  • Serving in both a restaurant/pub and a private hire function room
  • Opening and closing the venue
  • Supervising other team members

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Good communications skills
  • Experience of working in a similar industry such as food service, catering or hospitality
  • Previous food handling experience
  • Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
  • Experience in cash handling

Desirable

  • Coffee and cocktail making knowledge
  • Food allergen awareness and understanding
