Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Pub Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a lively pub environment. This role offers an optional live-in accommodation, providing a unique opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the community and create memorable experiences for guests. As a key leader, you will oversee beverage service, ensure exceptional hospitality standards, and manage a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Manage daily pub operations, including bartending and serving to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, including bartenders and cleaning personnel
  • Manage inventory levels for beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure stock availability
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub area; enforce safety procedures for staff and patrons

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or managerial experience within hospitality settings such as pubs, restaurants, or hotels
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
  • Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking across bar service and customer engagement
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; live-in accommodation available for those interested in an immersive role
