Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and leading dynamic teams? As a Shift Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating a lively, welcoming environment for guests while ensuring smooth daily operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and dedication to food safety, all while managing a vibrant team in a fast-paced setting. Shifts include weekends, evenings & mornings.

AGE: 18 PLUS ONLY

Duties

  • Oversee daily pub and restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are maintained throughout each shift
  • Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely delivery of delicious dishes that meet quality standards
  • Manage food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Serve as the point of contact for guest inquiries or concerns, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer experience
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service practices in compliance with licensing laws and company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels of snacks, beverages, and supplies; place orders to maintain stock levels without waste

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience within restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of restaurant and pus.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.
  • Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and motivation among staff members
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations including bar management and guest relations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a lively environment with energy and focus
  • Kitchen or hotel experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across departments and interact positively with guests
