Waiter / Waitress (Full Time – 45 Hours) | Boutique Hotel | Ashbourne, Derbyshire

We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join the team at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional food and drink service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service
  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, positive attitude
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Building excellent relationships with guests and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with setting up and closing the restaurant
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
  • Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive dining experience

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, gastro pub or similar hospitality environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • A professional appearance and attention to detail
  • The flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career
