About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. Remuneration

£13.25 p/h + Gratuities

Job Role

As this role is for a Breakfast Chef early morning starts are crucial.

Other responsibilities:

- Efficient management of your designated section of the kitchen.

- Aiding senior members of the kitchen team.

- Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to.

- Following menu specifications ensuring the highest culinary standards, quality & cleanliness.

- Job start date will be October 2026

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
