```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced GM to join our team in advance of major renovations at the property in early September 2026.

As the MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food & beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supervising a team of operational staff.

YOU MUST WORKED AS A PUB GM OR DEPUTY GM TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE.

Having experience opening a new site and implementing new operational standards and systems would be an important aspect to being successful in this role.

```Duties:```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise bartenders and waiting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a wide variety of options for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the bar and restaurant operations

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Bar/Restaurant supervisor or Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager is required
- Strong knowledge of hotel or restaurant/bar operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is preferred
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Culinary background or experience in food preparation is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven track record in supervising staff and providing exceptional customer service
