Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic front of house staff and bar personnel to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have a solid understanding of food safety standards, and be capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a lively environment where your skills in serving, time management, and hospitality will be highly valued. Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing laws and company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and front of house space
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
  • Assist in setting up tables, organising reservations, and managing guest flow during busy periods
  • Provide friendly assistance with menu selections and answer any guest queries promptly
  • Support team members to deliver seamless service during shifts

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a hospitality environment, particularly within bars or restaurants, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and licensing laws is advantageous
  • Proven ability to serve efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
  • Experience in time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours
  • Personal qualities include friendliness, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
