Looking for a weekend job with a great team and a friendly atmosphere? Come and join our Duke of Wellington family!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our small, friendly kitchen team.
At the Duke of Wellington, we’re more than just colleagues – we’re a close-knit team who look out for each other, work hard together and have a laugh along the way!
We’re a busy, welcoming pub where everyone plays an important part, and we’re looking for someone who shares our positive attitude.
What’s involved?
- Keeping our kitchen clean, tidy and organised.
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Supporting our chefs during busy services.
- Helping with basic food preparation when needed.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Being a team player and getting stuck in when things get busy!
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Someone reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic.
- A great team player who enjoys helping others.
- Someone who takes pride in their work.
- No previous experience necessary – we’ll show you the ropes!
