We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic & reliable Front of House staff member with at least a years experience in front of house work to join our team as at our busy food led pub to help us deliver a great service to our customers.

Shifts will include some evening and weekend shifts which can be discussed further at interview. There may also be scope for more shifts during times of staff absence and there will be scope to process to a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

- Cover bar (if aged 18+) and waiting duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with supervisors and the kitchen to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction are at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist supervisor with stocking up and ensure all tables are laid prior to service if on early shift and closing up at end of shift if required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry essential
- Strong knowledge of catering operations and Front of House duties required with experience of bar tending a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.

Please note, wage is age dependant but will be reviewed after 12 weeks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £8.05-£12.75 per hour
