***Ad-hoc Event / Wedding Cocktail Bartenders Required***

***Who We Are****

We are an award-winning mobile bar company based in Aldershot, delivering premium bar experiences at weddings, corporate events and large private functions across the South East (Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex).

With a busy summer 2026 calendar and growing demand, we are expanding our established team of professional event bartenders.

Our events are high-volume, high-energy and service-focused. We pride ourselves on professionalism, pace and personality.

***The Role***

This is not a standard pub bar role.

Our bartenders:-

• Work shifts typically lasting 8–12+ hours
• Frequently finish late at night (midnight - 1am)
• Work predominantly is Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Sunday and mid-week.
• Travel to venues (mostly within one hour of Aldershot, GU11)
• Assist with loading, transporting, setting up and packing down full bar equipment
• Work quickly and confidently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer interaction

This role requires stamina, resilience and a genuinely outgoing personality. You will be engaging with guests throughout the shift — this is a highly social position.

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Please only apply if you meet all of the following criteria:-

• Minimum 1 year's cocktail bar experience in a busy environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Confident working at pace and managing queues
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Your own reliable vehicle - prepared to travel up to an hour to events
• Currently living within a commutable distance of Aldershot
• Full right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling as part of the role
• Comfortable working late finishes and long shifts
• A naturally confident, sociable and proactive personality

***Bonus Skills (Not Essential)***

Whilst not a requirement, we'd love to hear from candidates who have some flair bartending skills and enjoy adding a bit of theatre and personality to their service. If you can perform bottle flips, simple flair moves or engage guests with an entertaining style behind the bar, that's a great bonus — but certainly not essential for the role.

If you prefer quiet environments, minimal customer interaction or short shifts, this role will not be suitable.

Application question(s):

• Are you fully available for Friday & weekend work, comfortable with 8–12+ hour shifts, late finishes, and assisting with bar set-up and pack down?
• Please describe your cocktail bartending experience, including your knowledge of classic cocktails and confidence using bar equipment such as Boston shakers, jiggers, Hawthorne strainers, mixing glasses and bar spoons.

We'd also love to hear about your cocktail-making, showmanship behind the bar at previous jobs in this field and ability to deliver fast, high-quality service during busy periods while providing a great guest experience.

• This role is for ad-hoc seasonal events and weddings. Depending on your location events maybe up to a 1-hour travel to get to a shift, do you have your own reliable transport, and are you happy to travel to these events?
