Pub Chef | Full Time or Part Time | Flexible Hours

The Cross, Aylburton / The White Hart, Broadoak

Looking for a chef role with flexibility, variety, and a great team?

We're looking for a Pub Chef to join our kitchen team, with the option to work part-time at The Cross or full-time across The Cross and The White Hart in Broadoak. Whether you're looking for school-friendly hours, extra shifts, or a full-time role across both pubs, we'd love to hear from you.

Both pubs are part of the Quality Inns Family Pubs group, serving quality British food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in welcoming village pubs.

About the role

You'll prepare and cook our traditional pub menu to a consistently high standard while helping deliver a smooth-running kitchen. Working across two nearby sites gives you greater flexibility, varied shifts, and the chance to develop within our wider team.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in a professional kitchen
  • Enjoys cooking fresh, quality pub food
  • Is organised, reliable, and works well under pressure
  • Takes pride in maintaining high food and hygiene standards
  • Is a team player with a positive attitude
  • Has reliable transport, as both pubs are in rural locations
