Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff aged 18+ to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment and provide excellent service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences, have a friendly demeanour, a keen eye for detail, and be willing to work until early morning. Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous but not essential, as we provide full training. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.

Duties

• Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
• Prepare and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or events
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during busy periods
• Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
• Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• A friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
