Trainee Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Katie Obrien's Irish Taverns as a Trainee Assistant Manager and embark on an exciting journey in the hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of our Irish pub operations, learning the ins and outs of leadership, supervising and bartending. This is the perfect role for anybody looking to make the jump onto management.

Duties:
- Collaborate closely with experienced managers to learn and develop skills in overseeing daily operations.
- Assist in supervising staff members in various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Gain hands-on experience in venue preparation, atmosphere techniques, and bartending.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Contribute to the overall success of the bar by actively participating in all aspects of operations.

Experience:
