Full job description

We are looking for a highly experienced, strong bartender who has worked in a fast-paced bar environment for at least 5 years and has strong cocktail experience with basic wine knowledge. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and skilled in crafting quality cocktails. This role is a part time role works on Friday and Saturday mostly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of cocktail bartending experience in busy cocktail bars, pubs or nightclubs (required)
  • Ideally have experience in head bartender or supervisory role or above
  • Ideally have certifications or education background in hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge of classic and modern cocktails (must know at least 30 classic cocktails)
  • Basic wine knowledge is required
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Weekend availability

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and always with a smile
  • Provide drinks recommendations to customers and answer any questions they might have
  • General cleaning making sure the bar is always clean especially at close down
  • Be able to make cocktails to spec and in a timely manner minimising customer wait times
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Assist the supervisors and managers when needed to
  • Work closely with the bar team and floor team to deliver amazing service to the guests
  • Minimise the wastage of the bar and help to
  • maintain the stock level
  • Change the beer kegs or post mix when needed to
  • Target driven

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15–£20, depending on experience
