We’re on the lookout for brilliant people to join our front of house team at The Ship Inn – not just order-takers, but proper hosts who can read a room, take initiative, and make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

About Us

We’re a busy, independent pub in the heart of Oundle serving fresh food, great drinks, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We pride ourselves on friendly, genuine service – no scripts, no stiffness, just great hospitality done right.
