Job Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated Pub and Restaurant Manager to lead our new team at our recently refurbished Pub And Restaurant with Rooms

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain high standards of hospitality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

  • Manage day to day operations of the pub, restaurant and rooms, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
  • Supervise staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimize waste
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain bookings of rooms and check rooms daily to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in a pub or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Experience in bar services including bartending and barista skills preferred
  • Familiarity with culinary processes such as food production and kitchen operations
  • Background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and guests

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
