ABOUT US

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team in The Farm Table (2 AA Rosette & Good Food Guide UK's top 100 restaurants) for a full time role (flexible 30-40 hour a week).

The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm & into the fire, celebrating the simplicity of beautiful ingredients grown, reared, caught & crafted on our doorstep. We aim to get as much from our farm onto the table as possible; seasonal vegetables, sparkling wine, bean-to-bar chocolate and of course, slow grown Ruby Red beef. If it’s not from the farm it’s from our vibrant community of likeminded producers who share our passion for flavour.

As Front of House, your role will be to deliver service with soul. Making guests feel at home, creating memorable experiences & building lasting relationships. Behind the bar, you'll be pouring low intervention wines, from our own vineyard & beyond along with rustling up seasonal cocktails.

We will provide you with full training and support, to help you to build your knowledge and passion for local & artisan produce.

Roles include; Section Waiters/Waitresses & Bar Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities vary with role, as we're recruiting for a number of positions. However everyone will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service & standards.
  • Other responsibilities include greeting & welcoming, taking customer orders, preparing and delivering food & drink, cleaning & maintaining company standards, managing stock & engaging in creative process behind menu changes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for good food & drink is essential
  • Team members must have a positive, warm & friendly nature
  • We want our people to be inquisitive & curious, keen to learn new skills and progress within our teams

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
