Location: South East England (Covering, London, Kent, Surry, & Sussex) - Field Based
Salary: £43,177.30 Per Annum
Contract: Permanent | Full Time| 39 hours per week | Hybrid ( 4 days on site/sites & 1 day from home)
We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team, supporting operational sites across the region in driving a positive health and safety culture.
Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues - we work together as a supportive and driven family, ensuring every site we support operates safely and to the highest standards.
As the Facilities Maintenance Team, we keep our sites running like a self-contained city - it takes hundreds of people, systems, and processes to function safely, and health and safety sits at the heart of everything we do. Every decision we make impacts every employee, prisoner, visitor, and the wider community they return to.
As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will work alongside the Regional Health and Safety Manager and a wide range of operational teams, from site managers to trade specialists, all committed to promoting a "one team approach" to keeping our people safe.
