We are looking for an experienced editor to take ownership of our Aggregates Business title, producing high-quality content, building strong industry relationships and helping drive the continued success of the publication.

The opportunity

Prime Global Publishing is a globally recognised B2B media and events company serving high-growth industries. Through our market-leading magazines, industry events and digital platforms, we connect businesses, professionals and communities to support our purpose of growing individuals, organisations and industries.

We are an independently owned business powered by 200 team members across offices in London, Melbourne and Sydney.

You will join a collaborative, international team and play an important role in strengthening the publication’s coverage, audience engagement and presence within the global aggregates industry.

About the role

You will:

  • Source, write and edit engaging, high-quality news and feature content for print articles, newsletters and digital platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and consistency of all published editorial content.
  • Manage the production process for print publications, including editorial lists, production schedules, flat plans and approval processes.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to support their engagement with the publication.
  • Produce high-quality content that meets editorial standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain and manage the brand’s website, newsletters, social media channels and other digital assets.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the editorial, design, sales and events teams.
  • Represent the brand and engage with the industry at trade shows, roundtables and other events.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of content to ensure consistent and sustainable editorial output.

About you

You will:

  • Have a genuine passion for writing, editing and industry storytelling.
  • Have at least three years’ experience working as an editor.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to produce a high volume of accurate, high-quality news and feature content.
  • Be confident managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Have experience interviewing clients, industry leaders and subject-matter experts.
  • Hold a degree in Journalism, Media, Communications or a related subject, although this is not essential.
  • Be open to domestic and international travel when required.
