About The Role

PEI Group are looking for a Membership Success Executive to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based in London on a three-month FTC. The successful candidates will undertake outreach to investors, who are our key members, to help them participate in and engage with our membership products. Candidates will firstly be working on our Infrastructure Investor brand, before pivoting to others as the year unfolds.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving and helping members, in particular lapsed members, to complete/update their profiles via phone and email, to unlock a range of benefits from the network.
  • Conducting introductory demos of the membership platform, highlighting key features and explaining how to maximize value from their membership.
  • Reporting on activations and engagement.
  • Maintaining CRM records and profiles and ensuring trackers are up-to-date.
  • Gathering feedback on the value of the membership and on how we can improve our membership offering.
  • Working closely with colleagues in the Networks team and beyond to ensure a first-rate member experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is;

  • Customer-focused

  • Comfortable leading conversations with lapsed or disengaged customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals via phone or Zoom/Teams
  • At ease with new technology
  • Cares about metrics and feedback
  • Keen to learn more about the world of alternative investments

Experience & Qualifications;

  • Experience dealing with a range of clients via different channels
  • Experience managing contacts in CRM
  • Interest in financial services, especially private markets
  • A recent background in Events, Customer Service/Success, Administration, Marketing, or Community / Account Management is advantageous, as is experience working in a membership organisation
