Full job description

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our fantastic team at The Bold Forester, Marchwood..

We are an established family run pub group predominantly based in The New Forest with 7 pubs across the area. You will be able to take plenty of pride in the role knowing that Country Inns has a reputation for some of the best food, drinks and service in The New Forest and surrounding area, this reputation has been built over 15+ years.

The successful candidate will work a 4/5 day week to include evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role is preferred, however full training will be given from the management team.

You will join a young, exciting progressive company, that believes in providing excellence in all areas to its customers. Training is given where required, and you will be joining a company with progression opportunities, that believes in promoting from within where ever possible. You will be part of a friendly team working together to achieve a common goal.

Role Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a busy environment.
  • You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently.
  • You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
  • Own transport (no live in available).
