We're Hiring: Front of House Team Member

Location: The Horse and Hound, Kirk Deighton, Wetherby
Position: Part Time / Full Time Front of House Team Member
Salary: £10 to £12.50 per hour depending on age and experience, plus tips

Shift Pattern: 20 / 35 hours a week
Start Date: March 2026

Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Horse and Hound in Kirk Deighton – a friendly, community-focused pub known for great food, drinks, and service with a smile.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with bar or floor experience who is eager to learn, and grow with our friendly, independent business. You will aim to develop on a personal and professional level and thrive to grow in your role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a first class host and communicator
  • Take responsibility in assisting our operation
  • Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of our guest’s journey
