About Us

Templetons Contract Cleaning Services has been delivering high-quality commercial cleaning across London since 2003. With over 110 staff and a reputation built on reliability and attention to detail, we work with some of the most respected venues in the city — including Ministry of Sound, KOKO, and major restaurant groups. Our clients trust us to keep their venues spotless, and we trust our team to make that happen.

The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operatives to join our team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in pubs and restaurants across Central London.

Both day and night shifts are available to suit different schedules.

Main Duties

  • Cleaning bars, dining areas, and restrooms to a consistently high standard
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
  • Emptying bins and handling waste safely and responsibly
  • Carrying out deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and ready for service

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience in a hospitality or commercial environment preferred
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in busy nightlife venues
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behaviour
  • English language sufficient to communicate with clients and team members
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
