As an On-Trade Trainer, you will act as a trusted brand partner to hospitality venues, helping teams deliver the globally recognised Stella Artois Perfect Serve methodology and ensuring every serve meets the highest standards of quality, presentation and guest experience.

You will work closely with venue owners, operators, managers and hospitality teams to elevate standards, strengthen brand advocacy and drive commercial performance across your territory.

We are looking for someone who combines strong, relevant On-Trade industry experience with a genuine passion for premium brands and the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

· Relevant On-Trade / hospitality industry experience, with a strong understanding of how bars, pubs, restaurants and hospitality businesses operate.

· A genuine passion for brands, with particular enthusiasm for Stella Artois and the opportunity to represent and grow a globally recognised premium beer brand.

· Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to quickly connect with venue owners, managers, teams and customers across a wide range of personalities and working styles, while always maintaining professionalism.

· A strong understanding of the London On-Trade, including current trends, consumer behaviours, venue styles and what is driving the hospitality market.

· The confidence and credibility to coach, influence and challenge teams to improve standards and behaviours.

· A commercially minded approach, understanding how strong execution, service and brand standards can contribute to sales and business performance.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and deliver training in a clear, engaging and memorable way.

· A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage a territory independently and take ownership of venue relationships and performance.

· A genuine interest in beer, draught quality and premium hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions across bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels.

· Embed Stella Artois Perfect Serve standards within On-Trade venues.

· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with venue owners, managers and hospitality teams.

· Coach teams to improve service standards, execution and sales performance.

· Conduct draught quality assessments and service audits.

· Support brand activations and sales-driving initiatives.

· Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, standards and commercial performance.

· Conduct regular venue visits, reviews and follow-up coaching sessions.

· Keep up to date with London's evolving On-Trade landscape, trends and consumer behaviours.

· Complete reporting and track programme performance metrics.

· Represent Stella Artois professionally and authentically within the On-Trade.

· Act as a trusted brand partner and ambassador across your territory.

About You

You will be a confident, credible and personable individual who can operate comfortably within the fast-paced On-Trade environment.

You will ideally have:

· Proven experience within hospitality, On-Trade, sales, training or field-based roles.

· Strong knowledge of London's bars, pubs, restaurants and hospitality scene.

· A natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

· The ability to engage with different personalities, communication styles and levels of seniority.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to drive sales and performance within hospitality venues.

· Confidence coaching, influencing and challenging behaviours where appropriate.

· Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding venues, customers and their business needs.

· A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing a territory independently.

· Strong ownership, accountability and organisational skills.

· The ability to identify opportunities and solve problems independently.

· Knowledge of beer and draught systems.

· A genuine personal passion for beer and premium brands.

· Experience working with premium brands, premium hospitality groups or premium products would be highly advantageous.

· Flexibility with working hours when required.

· Willingness to travel.

· A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Working Environment

· Field-based role across London On-Trade venues (with occasional UK travel)

· Regular travel between locations

· High levels of autonomy and responsibility

· Fast-paced, varied and people-focused working environment

· Regular interaction with client stakeholders and hospitality teams

· Exposure to sales, training, brand activation and draught quality execution

· Opportunity to represent and build advocacy for a globally recognised premium brand
