Overview

Looking for an experienced supervisor to join the team at One Club Row & The Knave of Clubs! As we ramp up in the autumn and winter, we would love to meet some candidates who have experience running a busy pub service. The ideal candidate is warm, organised and charming, with a passion for the London restaurant and pub scene. We take ultimate pride in our standards of service, and are keen to find a supervisor who shares our ethos: the importance of great service, building relationships with regulars, and always striving to be better.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a service (lunch and dinner)
  • Delegating tasks to wider team
  • Being attentive to guests and maximizing guest experience
  • Assisting with training and development

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years in a reputable London pub.
  • Solid knowledge/understanding of beers, wines and cocktails.
  • Friendly, approachable and hardworking individuals
  • Willing to work weekends.
