Experienced Bar staff required at The Greene Oak, Windsor, Brucan Pubs

• We are seeking to grow our team with the addition of an experienced bartender.
• Salary available from £14.00 per hour
• Full time and part time rotas available
• Experienced, professional, knowledgeable, confirdent bar staff sought
• Flexible rotas available to suit

The duties of this position:

• Setting up the bar for service, stock awareness
• Must have cocktail, wines, wider beverage and barista experience
• Cellar knowledge preferred
• Greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink
• Ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
• Use and develop food & beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
• Maintain calm and organised service during busy periods
• Organise duties to reflect changing levels of business
