Assistant Manager

Gastro Pub with Rooms

£31,725 + £12k-£13k tronc per annum

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to join this award-winning Gastro pub with rooms near Thatcham. This gastro pub prides themselves on using only the best seasonal and local produce to ensure their seasonally changing menus are of the highest quality for their guests. They pride themselves on giving high levels on attentive service to ensure their guests have the best dining experience possible.

The right Assistant Manager will be a real foodie, have experience running a shift, and have a passion to deliver excellence to the guests every time. You will ideally have experience in a country hotel or gastro pub environment and be used to high volume.
