Position: TikTok Live Presenter

Hours: Part-time (12–20 hours per week) | 2–4 hour shifts | 3–5 days per week

Schedule: Flexible, with most shifts in the afternoon and evening

Location: Birmingham

We are one of the UK's leading online stores for Middle Eastern, Egyptian, and international groceries. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic presenter to become the face of our TikTok Live channel, helping customers discover exciting products, special offers, and hidden gems while creating an entertaining and engaging shopping experience.

We are not looking for a perfect CV. We are looking for personality, confidence, and someone who enjoys talking to people and presenting products on camera.

What We're Looking For

Confident and Energetic

- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with viewers.

- Naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging.

- Able to maintain a positive and lively presence throughout a 2–4 hour live session.

Excellent Communication Skills

- Able to talk confidently and keep conversations flowing during live streams.

- Comfortable answering questions and explaining products.

- Capable of building trust and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for viewers.

Positive Personality

- Charismatic, approachable, and authentic.

- Passionate about food, culture, and discovering new products.

- Enjoys engaging with people and creating entertaining content.

Technical & Setup Requirements

To successfully stream for us from home, you must have:

- Two Devices: One smartphone or tablet for broadcasting the live stream and a second device (phone or tablet) to monitor comments and manage products during the live.

- Professional Lighting: If successful, you will be required to invest in a good-quality ring light to ensure your stream looks professional.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, content creation, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.

- Fluent English is required.

- Arabic is a plus.

- Available to work flexible hours.
