Job Overview:

A revenue generating, Series A healthcare startup, seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications and infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 3+ years of professional back-end development experience
  • Problem solve and proactively work on helping the team build great healthcare solutions.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, JavaScript and other applicable technologies (Apache, MySQL etc).
  • Maintain hardware and software laboratory integrations, i.e. data flows between laboratory analysers, databases and front end data distribution.
  • Understand and maintain both linux and windows based services/networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

SKILLS

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, Linux, Docker
  • Familiarity with React
  • Practical experience with Docker
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Good knowledge of database systems (MySQL)
  • Use of version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
