About Us
is an established digital marketing agency with over 15 years of experience delivering SEO, PPC and web development services to businesses across the UK.
As AI continues to transform the way software and systems are built, we are investing heavily in developing internal tools, automations and AI-powered systems that will help us stay ahead of the industry. We are now looking for an ambitious AI Systems Developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of how our agency operates.
The Role
This is not a traditional developer role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to combine coding, APIs, automation and AI tools to rapidly build practical systems that improve workflows, productivity and service delivery.
You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities where AI can streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting and enhance both internal systems and client delivery.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, curious about emerging AI technologies and comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop internal systems and tools using AI-assisted development workflows
- Build automations to improve agency efficiency and scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs and software platforms
- Create AI-powered workflows for marketing, reporting and operational tasks
- Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude and other LLM technologies
- Assist in building and improving client-facing systems and web applications
- Research and test emerging AI tools and technologies
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC and web development teams to solve operational challenges
- Document systems and processes clearly
RequirementsEssential Skills
- Experience with software development or coding projects
- Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
- Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
- Understanding of automation platforms and workflows
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Python, JavaScript or similar languages
- Experience with databases and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC or digital marketing workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar
- Experience building internal business systems or SaaS tools
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
What We’re Looking For
We are less concerned about formal qualifications and more interested in practical ability, curiosity and mindset.
You might be:
- A developer already using AI heavily in your workflow
- Someone building side projects with AI tools
- An automation specialist
- A technically-minded problem solver interested in the future of AI-assisted development
If you enjoy figuring things out, experimenting with new technologies and building systems that create real business impact, we would like to hear from you.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on innovative AI-focused projects
- Real influence over systems and technology decisions
- Supportive and experienced team environment
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and workflows
- Long-term career growth opportunities
- Competitive salary based on experience
