We are looking to expand our SAP expertise and are inviting registrations of interest from experienced SAP Consultants who could support future client engagements in enterprise systems transformation and optimization.

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future SAP Consultant roles within our growing STEM workforce consultancy. Roles of this type typically sit within project-driven environments where you could deliver SAP implementation, integration and optimization work for clients across technology, engineering, life sciences and financial services sectors. The work could involve collaborating across internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to shape enterprise system solutions that drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Delivering SAP implementation, integration and optimization projects for client organizations
  • Collaborating with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to define system requirements and design solutions
  • Managing SAP system configurations across ECC, S/4HANA and RISE platforms
  • Conducting process improvement analysis and stakeholder collaboration to align business and technical outcomes
  • Supporting financial analysis, process redesign and finance reporting functionality
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ensuring data quality within SAP ecosystems
  • Contributing to solution design and technical architecture decisions alongside senior team members

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

  • SAP Certified Professional certification, with demonstrated experience in SAP implementation or integration work
  • Hands-on experience with at least one SAP platform (ECC, S/4HANA, or RISE)
  • Strong understanding of SAP process flows, configuration and system optimization techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs and distributed systems concepts
  • Proficiency with SQL and data pipeline tools; familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics
  • Technical proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML) and quality frameworks (QMS, QARA)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) or scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Knowledge of modern application development frameworks (.NET, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, React)
  • Understanding of network architecture, firewalls (F5) or security protocols (CSDR)
