This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that takes real pride in the quality of what it builds, and to play a hands-on role in driving continuous improvement across the site.

This role sits at the heart of the Quality department, reporting to the Head of Quality. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards across incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods, while leading CAPA activity, supporting ISO audits, and helping to build a strong quality culture across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out visual and physical inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Reviewing and reporting on current quality status, identifying both quick wins and longer-term strategic projects.
• Identifying non-conforming items and supporting root cause analysis and CAPA (corrective/preventive action).
• Setting up quality controls and gateways across manufacturing in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Working closely with colleagues, sharing tools and techniques to help teams achieve quality standards.
• Supporting company reporting with detailed, accurate quality data.
• Building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
• Coaching and developing the Quality Technician Apprentice.
• Conducting and reporting on internal audits against ISO 9001, 50001, 45001, and 14001.

• A formal quality qualification.
• Proven experience managing quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
• In-depth understanding of quality control and relevant legal standards.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• A professional approach with strong decision-making skills.
• Resilience and a positive, can-do mindset.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Experience auditing to ISO 9001, 50001, 45001, and 14001 standards.
