Quality Coordinator – Hinkley Point C

Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join a busy project team working at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills to support the project quality team, ensuring documentation, records and processes are maintained accurately and in line with project requirements.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Quality team.
  • Maintain quality documentation, records and registers, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and readily available for audit.
  • Assist with the collation, review and filing of quality records and evidence.
  • Support the team with inspection and test documentation, quality plans and associated project paperwork.
  • Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with preparing reports, trackers and quality-related information for project meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes where required and distribute actions.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders regarding quality documentation and requirements.
  • Ensure all information is handled professionally and confidentially.

About You

  • Previous experience in a quality, administration or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with document management systems and learning bespoke software.
  • Experience within construction, engineering, nuclear or a major infrastructure project would be advantageous.
  • Ability to pass relevant BPSS vetting and drug & alcohol testing.
