Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, building trusted relationships and delivering a proactive, technology-driven service.
  • Use cloud accounting platforms, automation, and digital workflows to deliver accurate, client-ready accounts, tax, and advisory services efficiently.
  • Review complex accounts and tax work to the highest standard while coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, driving accountability, collaboration, and consistently outstanding client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimise systems, and embrace new technologies that enhance efficiency and elevate the client experience.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • ACCA or ACA Qualified, Part Qualified will be considered
  • A digital-first mindset, with strong knowledge of cloud accounting, automation, and a passion for using technology to improve client outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire teams, build trusted client partnerships, and deliver exceptional service.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking approach, always looking for smarter ways to work, drive innovation, and embrace new technologies.

Salary and Benefits

Salary - £40,000 to £50,000
