About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in Site Supervisor roles within construction and site management. We are looking to connect experienced supervisors with dynamic projects across the UK, including opportunities in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and nationwide locations.

Roles of this type may sit within fast-paced construction environments where you could coordinate daily site operations, manage teams and ensure projects run safely and on schedule. The work could involve partnering with project managers, contractors and trades to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining health and safety standards.

What you would do

What you could bring

  • Experience as a construction or site supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role on site
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and site management
  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or First Aid
  • Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain site discipline
  • Proficiency with site documentation, scheduling and basic IT systems
  • High school or equivalent qualification; engineering background or further qualifications preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
