What You’ll Do:
  • Lead dynamic group fitness classes and personalised one-to-one sessions that are tailored to guests’ individual needs. We actually lead over 30 different types of classes for our guests!
  • Bring your skills and creativity to the studio, making every class fun, dynamic, and unforgettable.
  • Create a positive, motivating atmosphere where guests feel confident and supported.
  • Share expert gym guidance on technique and safety to help guests achieve results and avoid injury.
  • Keep things fresh by introducing the latest fitness trends and exciting routines.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety in all fitness areas.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified in ETM Level 2 / Gym Level 2 / PT Level 3 / Dance Qualifications.
  • Studio teaching experience (dance or fitness) is a big plus.
  • A positive, energetic personality with great communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Hours of Work:
  • 32 hours a week
  • The working hours in the Fitness Department vary from 7am to 8pm daily and therefore will include some evening and weekend work.
Salary:
  • £12.80 per hour
