Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
What makes a brilliant Customer Delivery Driver:
- Customer-focused: You enjoy helping people and making their experience a positive one.
- Team player: You work well with others and support your colleagues.
- Reliable: You show up ready to work and take pride in what you do.
- Positive attitude: You bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
- Willing to learn: You’re open to training and keen to build your skills.
What you’ll bring:
- A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
- A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Good communication skills and a team mindset.
