Who we are and what we are seeking

Knights Training Academy is a fast-growing, market-leading education provider offering apprenticeships, college programmes and funded short courses. We are expanding our Housing, Sales & Lettings Apprenticeship Team and are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and motivated individual to join us as a Housing, Sales & Lettings Apprenticeship Tutor.

If you have strong industry experience and a genuine desire to support, guide and upskill current and aspiring housing professionals, we would love to speak with you. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, reliability, personality and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Responsibilities

As a Housing, Sales & Lettings Apprenticeship Tutor, you will deliver:

  • Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship
  • Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship
  • Level 4 Sales Executive (Estate Agency pathway) Apprenticeship
  • Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship

Your role will include:

  • Teaching and assessing apprentices through 1-1 sessions and group workshops
  • Supporting curriculum development, delivery resources and engaging teaching methods
  • Developing learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standards and industry-leading membership schemes (e.g. Propertymark).
  • Working closely with employers to ensure learners apply new learning in the workplace
  • Building strong relationships with learners and employer partners across both national brands and SMEs
  • Managing your diary and caseload efficiently to deliver timely, high-quality visits
  • Maintaining accurate learner portfolios and records to agreed standards

Skills and qualities

  • Ability to deliver apprenticeship standards up to Level 4 across both lettings and sales settings
  • Strong knowledge of both the housing and estate agency sectors (sales and lettings)
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong ability to motivate, guide and support learners
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident in presenting, report writing and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Competent IT skills
  • Strong knowledge of the housing and property management sector

Qualifications and experience

  • AET or equivalent is desirable, though training can be provided
  • A1/TAQA or equivalent is desirable, though training can be provided
  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience within housing, property management, estate agency sales, or lettings
  • Experience delivering Propertymark (or similar nationally recognised membership scheme) qualifications is beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach and commitment to delivering high standards
  • Ability to travel as required
