We are on the lookout for a brand new Property Manager to be the heart of our student community in The Bank, Southampton.
This is a part-time, on-site position, working 30 per week on a shift pattern basis across 5 days per week so flexibility will be required. The role offers a salary of £24,000 reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing.
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything on site. You’ll lead a team, keep things running smoothly and ensure our students have an amazing place to live. Your role will include:
- Building a buzzing student community – creating a welcoming and safe environment where students feel at home.
- Leading and developing a great team – inspiring those around you to deliver top-notch service.
- Keeping operations on point – from ensuring the site is looking it’s best to statutory compliance, you’ll ensure everything is running like clockwork.
- Driving occupancy and revenue – helping make our site the place to be, working closely with universities and local partners.
- Managing budgets and financial performance – keeping an eye on the numbers while delivering a great experience.
