Key Responsibilities -

• Assisting with property viewings and applicant registrations
• Supporting the team with sales administration
• Handling incoming calls and responding to enquiries
• Updating internal systems and property listings
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and applicants
• Supporting marketing activity, including property adverts
• Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
• Assisting with compliance checks, including ID verification
• Providing general office support as required

Experience/ Requirements -

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT skills and confidence using systems
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

You will be undertaking a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 apprenticeship, which typically runs for 12–15 months. Throughout the programme, you will receive 1-to-1 support from a dedicated tutor while working towards an industry-recognised Junior Estate Agent Level 2 qualification.

Education & Experience

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) desirable
• No previous estate agency experience required
• Full training will be provided

• Motivated to learn and develop through an apprenticeship

Hours of Work

• Monday to Saturday 08:30AM - 6PM Saturday 09:00am to 17:00pm
• day off in the week
• Daily Break : 1hr 15 minutes

Salary and Benefits

• Earn up to £3,000 in commission and performance-based bonuses.
• Annual Salary range: 16,640
• Holiday 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
