We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help secure new commercial contracts and grow the business.

The Role

This is a commission-only position suited to someone confident in sales, networking and business development.

Your role will be to identify, approach and secure commercial cleaning contracts across Essex and London.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating your own leads
  • Contacting businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Attending networking events
  • Booking meetings with decision makers
  • Building relationships with property managers, facilities managers and business owners
  • Preparing opportunities for our management team to quote
  • Closing commercial cleaning contracts

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales or business development experience preferred

  • Existing business contacts are advantageous but not essential
