About the Role

An opportunity to join a well-established local installation and maintenance company.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Administrator to support our engineering team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing engineers’ diaries
  • Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm engineer appointments
  • Processing engineers’ report sheets accurately and efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining the service call logging system
  • Costing engineers’ call-outs and preparing information for invoicing
  • Issuing quotations/costs for additional work and obtaining purchase orders from customers

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
