Position: Patient Success Executive
Department: Patient Success
Reports to: Patient Success Manager
Location: Full Time Office Based - LS11 8JT

Role Summary

The Patient Success Executive plays a key role, supporting patients throughout their Smile White journey to ensure a smooth, informed, and positive experience from onboarding through treatment progression.

This role focuses on proactive engagement, and ongoing support, helping patients understand their treatment, manage expectations, and remain confident and committed to their care. By building strong relationships and identifying risks early, you will help prevent dissatisfaction, reduce escalations, and improve overall treatment completion rates.

Working closely with Dental Partnerships you will contribute to a consistent, high-quality patient experience, balancing excellent service delivery with operational efficiency and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Proactively support patients with questions relating to treatment plans, timelines, and next steps.
  • Monitor patient progress and identify early signs of disengagement or concern.
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a clear, reassuring, and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Clinical, Dental Partnerships, Operations, Finance) to resolve queries and maintain aligned communication.
  • Provide education and reassurance to support patient confidence and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Ensure all interactions, updates, and actions are accurately recorded in CRM.
  • Manage follow-ups and case ownership to ensure patients move through their journey efficiently.
  • Share insight and feedback on patient trends, recurring queries, or barriers to success to support continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Experience in patient support, customer success, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Background within dental, healthcare, or regulated service environments is advantageous.
  • Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred.
