Job Vacancy: Administrator / Receptionist – The White Bridge Clinic (Full Time)
Location: Kidlington | Salary: from £13.50 per hour depending on experience| Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering first-class service? Would you thrive in a high-end clinical environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and a supportive team culture are key?

The White Bridge Clinic, a fully private, high-end dental clinic with an excellent reputation in the local area, is seeking a well-organised, personable, and proactive Administrator / Receptionist to join our team full-time.

About the Role:

You will be at the heart of our front-of-house operations, providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing appointment scheduling and diary coordination
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence with courtesy and professionalism
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Supporting the clinical team and contributing to day-to-day office operations
  • Ensuring the reception and administrative areas are clean, organised, and presentable
  • Delivering excellent customer service in every patient interaction

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
